All orders are handmade with care and love! Please allow 4–6 business days for processing before your order ships.

International: Depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim or replacement.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

How long does slime last?

With proper care, your slime can last several weeks, months or even years! Be sure to wash your hands before use and store it airtight.

Is slime safe for kids?

Sonria slimes are made for ages 8 and up. While non-toxic, they are not edible and should be kept away from small children and pets.

Why does my slime feel sticky/stiff/dry?

That’s normal! Slime texture can change due to weather or time. Check out our Slime Care Guide (included in every order or on our website) to fix it in seconds!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But we’ve got your back...

What if something is wrong with my order?

If your item arrives damaged, missing, or not what you expected, please email us at hello@sonria.co within 7 days. We’ll happily offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
